At The Golf Circle, we believe in keeping things flexible and fair. Our Cancel Anytime membership means you're never locked into a long-term contract — but we do ask members to respect the planning and preparation that goes into each monthly event.
Here’s how our policy works:
Membership Cancellations
Your membership is cancel-anytime, with no contracts or cancellation fees.
If you no longer wish to continue, simply let us know and we’ll cancel your membership immediately — no questions asked.
Monthly Event Attendance & Changes
We know life happens, and sometimes you can’t make it. Here's what to expect:
Can’t Make an Upcoming Event?
You may request to pause your membership for one month by giving us at least 2 weeks' notice before the event.
If done within this time, your payment will carry over to the next month and you won't lose your round.
Cancellations Within 7 Days
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as we’ve already made arrangements with the golf course and matched you in a 4-ball.
Your payment does not roll over to the next month if you cancel within this window.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the event without notifying us, your payment for that month will be forfeited and you will need to pay again for the next month.
Your no-show also impacts others in your 4-ball, so we encourage open communication.
Send a Substitute
Can’t make it last minute? You’re welcome to send someone in your place — just let us know who’s coming so we can update the 4-ball accordingly.
This is a great way to keep your spot active and share the experience with a fellow business owner.
